The experience

Not a class. A table people gather around.

Most gatherings have food. Very few give guests something to do together. The Everby Table brings Evelynn to your space, whether that is your home, your office, or a venue, to build a custom charcuterie board in front of your guests, with the styling of a table you would be proud to host around.

As she builds, she shares what makes a board work: how to pair, how to balance, how to arrange it so it looks abundant and tastes right. Then it is your guests' turn. Everyone builds their own small box and takes it home.

About The Everby Table.

What is The Everby Table?

The Everby Table is an interactive, hosted charcuterie experience at your home, office, or venue. Evelynn builds a custom board live at a table styled with flowers and linens, shares her charcuterie tricks with your guests as she goes, and every guest builds a small charcuterie box to take home.

Is this a charcuterie class?

It is closer to a hosted evening than a class. Your guests learn along the way, but the focus is the gathering: a beautifully styled table, good conversation, and something made by hand to take home. If you are looking for a charcuterie workshop for a shower, birthday, girls' night, or team event, this is it.

How many guests do I need?

The Everby Table starts at 15 guests. The Gather is designed for 15 to 20 guests, The Table for 21 to 35, and The Everby Experience for 36 or more.

What does it cost?

Pricing is per guest: from $50 for The Gather, from $75 for The Table, and from $125 for The Everby Experience, with a 15 guest minimum. The final quote depends on your guest count, styling, location, and date. Send a request with those details and we will send a quote.

Where does the Everby Table happen?

At your home, your office, or a venue you have booked, in North Dallas and the surrounding DFW area. Include the location in your request and we will confirm whether it fits our service area.

Can wine be paired with the experience?

Yes, as a pairing guide. Everby provides pairing recommendations to match the food, and the host selects and provides the wine.

What if guests have allergies or dietary needs?

Tell us about dietary restrictions and allergies when you send your request so we can plan what is possible for the group.

How far ahead should I book?

Please allow at least 48 hours for any request. For an event with 15 or more guests, the earlier the better, so reach out as soon as you have a date. For anything sooner, call or text 469-649-8033.
